No GT, you view the world in backwards terms. Whatever your ax is to grind, it sure has no American sympathies. You've got some deep-rooted resentments toward the US. So be it. The amazing thing is we even considered the kyoto treaty, And since the senate has never ratidfied it, that's it. We don't need to surrendur our economic sovierngty for some phony enviromental objectives that none of the other countries would have to meet. The kyoto treaty was deeply flawed. We do not ratify deeply flawed treaties to impress other countries, GST.
