Why would you spend the money, and set up a block caving process if you had not already done enough "assaying" to satisfy yourself that you were in the proper spot. Also, when Terry spoke of 20 other locations, I am sure that they did their DD, or they are not worth their salt. Since I am in a business that has to deal with a government agency, I do understand what I would refer to as the "SEC" way of doing things.
I cannot speak for him, but if I were doing this, I would be doing my own testing in order to prove to myself that where I was putting money, would have the ability to repay itself. Why else spend all my time working on a project. The only other answer is that it is a scam, but I for one do not hold to that thought. It is for real, but will take time to blossom into a flower.
Meanwhile if the price of gold goes up, it may actually turn into a flowerbed!!
