Shane, I think your analysis of price action is right on target!

One additional factor that may work against the stock price in coming months is selling in reaction to the capital gains tax cut which just passed. Like you say, over the past year the stock has come a long way.

I look for sideways to down movement within the current trading range until the next earnings report. Unfortunately. However, I just can't force myself to light up on shares, even though they may be available cheaper next month. I guess it's just an investor versus a trader mentality.

The only other consideration, bullish at that, would be if institutional investors broadened out into these secondary stocks, moving the price up.

Anyway, long term, the stock looks terrific. IMO (of course).
