the reasoning sounds good. what are your thoughts with regards too deflation? certainly AA is trading at an historical discount. do you think this to be representative of this potential scenario? as a corrolary, my presumption is that you would not advocate a variable interest rate on a commercial loan given your thoughts on inflation. on a multimillion dollar commercial loan, those percentage points saved add up to huge dollars. thoughts?
