Sounds like "pot of gold" and other comments he may be come out with a 2nd offering. Any company going public in the current environment or pushing a 2nd offering would truly be showing an act of desperation here. The only way for this to happen would be a 40 to 1 reverse split getting the price to $10/share. "pot of gold"... what a dumb thing to say. He's talking about this penny stock that trades 200 shares a day. As much as I'd like to believe it, with their 51% ownership, I'm sure they'd like to believe it more. Everyone say it with me and then click your heels 3 times: "Pot of Gold (click click click) Pot of Gold (click click click) Pot of Gold (click click click)..." "We need to get the right funding in place and, again, what we’re seeing now is because of the last two quarters that that company has actually produced, which shows a big turnaround, we are finding a lot better prospects for actually raising money from US investors." Meanwhile, there is news about some township buying a license of the software or something.
