Steve,

I believe they are going to sell a percent of their own equity, maybe bringing themselves down to 51% or so -- and taking such proceeds to reduce SA-based debt; however, they clearly still need to raise capital if they are to take this company to the next level. The product is supposedly superior in many important respects to what's out there, but the viability/exposure issue continues to haunt them.

They will be announcing several more contracts going forward -- this is a certainty; simple because Mostert and now Farah have repeatedly stated that they have close to $10 million banked going forward -- and they are not hedging or backing off this claim as yet with the potential for a million in profits. Not bad considering where they were and given the current state of economic affairs.

I truly don't expect dilution to be too much, that is, I believe the operating capital will have far more value to us shareholders then the specific number of shares that join the float trough a private offering. Obviously -- it will be a "wait and see" scenario.

...and again, get the notion of any reverse split out of your mind. That will NOT happen -- you can rest assured.

Otherwise, I did think that we would see a bit more traffic up above a bid of $.25 to $.30 cents. Maybe not?
