I've found over the years that 90% of the time nobody knows a thing. This is just a weird market, about everywhere. GBU must be some kind of silly fallout over the capex part of the mine plan, plus maybe the expectation they would have had more than 20% of the local deals done. It pretty obvious that the cost of this has been upped, but the so called political risk of Romania in my view is a figment of very fuzzy thinking. This is the best entry point in a high quality junior I've had since the tax loss selling silly season in late 2000. I've doubled down my position (average cost is 3.79), and it's now my second largest gold holding.
