you've got to be kidding. This nitpicking is what people do when they know they are trumped.

I found out about this when I was volunteering at a political event. Somebody at my table has a neighbor who is a VP at NOW or something. She said that all the high-up people on both sides of this issue know that this abortion debate will come down to personal/human rights. The reason the pro-choice people don't hit this right now, is because they are fighting for those procedures like partial birth and all that and to win those, they don't want to admit that the fetus should have the same rights as a child, which the personal rights debate requires. Personally I don't care about all those procedures I think they should just ban them if they are so controversial, just take this thing to the supreme court, and start inducing live birth and this matter will be done, no more polarizing debate.
