You are trying to treat the Constitution as if it is advice when clearly it is not.


When the federalist judges go back to "original intent" on their rulings it does not mean that they read the Constitution again. It means they read the arguments, opinions, and advice that the founders passed among themselves leading to the Constitution. It is that advice which I say is similar in relevancy to the advice of Washington, it is not the words on the document. You are promoting a version of the strawman argument, you want to imply that I am impugning the relevancy of that contract we call the Constitution and that is not what I have said.
