It may not be applicable to have higher lows in the bear. 1966-1982 could be a good example for that, especially 1974. forgot to mention....what if that 1108 is the retest of the july 1192.....lower low like 74 did..... right now its acting like it....but first we have to break out of this jello and follow the pattern to watch the breaks..... when you are stuck in a range like this....not much you can do but look at the big picture and know what the break points are so when you approach them....at least you have a good idea of what to look for.........
