The fact is neither Saddam nor Derrel had a prayer of getting a nuke. Let's see.. Saddam has over 25kg of highly enriched uranium (yellow cake enriched to 93% and 80% respectively) which France sold him back in the early 1980's and you think he doesn't have a prayer of getting a nuclear bomb?? The Hiroshima bomb only required between 10 and 35 Kg of Uranium 235.. And it effectively went off when two half of that uranium were slammed together to achieve critical mass.
