lesson (sic)?
you have another way of spelling lesson?

You can believe anything about Hussein that you want. But you don't have any evidence that he poses a danger to the US. That's a wee problem. There are lots of guys who aren't "nice"- the US doesn't have the cash or the will to go after them.

I think the US should pursue the course in its best interest, that also best accords with international law, and international opinions. I feel that we cannot afford to alienate the world at this time, when we need all the help we can get to track down a world wide network of terrorists. We need every ally we can get in our fight against terrorism. Alienating people over Saddam (who, imo, poses no threat to us) is illogical. I have facts at my disposal regarding who funded the 9/11 terrorists and it wasn't Iraq- if you don't believe me, read the available news material on the net. We know who gave some terrorists funds and passports after 9/11- and it wasn't Iraq. It is my opinion that our best interest is not served by opening a new front that will likely give ammunition to terrorists, and at the same time drastically deplete our good will world wide.

I think Saddam is a terrible leader and a bad person- but I put the interests of my own country, the US, above the interests of his people.
