But you don't have any evidence that he poses a danger to the US. That's a wee problem. There are lots of guys who aren't "nice"- the US doesn't have the cash or the will to go after them.

Patently incorrect. One example. Hamas has offices in Baghdad. Hamas is a terror organzation. This is a danger to us all....
