A million or two maybe, but 250 is really heartless.

Oh I get it- its the amount you guys are bothered with... oh, ok me too then. I think 250K is too low, UNLESS it is a "no material damage" case like those mississippi cases against the drugmakers. If there is no apparent harm to the victim then 250K is probably fine.

For those that truly suffer some hardship then 250K is too low, maybe a million for them then.

The fact that the lawyers can end up taking every cent of the claim is another matter that may need to be dealt with, a payout of one million seems reasonable to me.
