I apologize if you perceived that I was saying that..

It's easy for a rational, non-religious, mind to perceive, analyze, and define, what they believe is good, and what they believe is evil.

But such higher levels of rationality have only developed in the past several thousand years, while tribes which have never had outside contact with civilization still possess a belief in "evil spirits" and by default, good ones as well.

So much was unexplainable to the primitive mind.. Things that we take as examples of common science and physical principles.

And there are those who opine that Science is the process of revealing God...
