AJ, That policy violates European privacy laws, no matter what they sign. It is indeed a coerced agreement. Might be grounds for a lawsuit here as well, no matter what you sign you cannot sign away rights under duress, and being unable to use the service is a duress.
Besides, get a fake visa card....you know, one from a bank where you deposit cash and they allow you to use it like a VISA card up to what you have on deposit. As long as it does not receive interest it needs no IRS reporting requirement, like a SSN.
With a fake name and fake ID and a fake VISA card you can get an account, buy stuff etc.

Bear in minnd that there is no fraud here. No-one gets cheated, you pay for all you buy and so do others pay you.
Many people have this kind of setup.

Still, I sell on Ebay, what do I care if the authorities know, I sell a few personal items for less than what I paid when I bought them. It is a rare computer item you can buy and use for 6 months and then sell at a profit.
If they want to call that income, then I demand to deduct my greater cost base and get a tax refund.

I have received 120 paypal payments and I have paid 45 people with paypal over the past 3 years.. No problems at all. However I am selling computer and network stuff to educated people. Consumer goods might attract more crooks.
