if Saddam waits until the last minute then all our troops will be there ready to go

that would imply Saddam's acceptance to kicking him out while we are there

or the Iraqui people may get rid of him themselves, knowing that they have real assistance nearby

unless PottyTime and his morons keep giving the enemy further assistance
