My favourite find when I was there was an all-night tattoo parlour. It made you sign a disclaimer that you were not deciding to have a tattoo 'while under the influence of alcohol'. "Uh, nope. I just came out for 6 hours to the fun district, then decided to get a tattoo at 4am... and I'm completely sober. Honest." I was disadvantaged there, however... so much noise everywhere, those lovely college girls couldn't hear my accent and bang went my main pulling point... <w>
