If the UN wished for the US to take off and do what it feels whenever it feels upon its own interpretation of what must be done if UN resolutions are not honored, it would be very clear in its charter.

As it is not, you are wrong.

And it's enforcement arm lies IN IT'S MEMBERS

ONLY when UN DECIDES on the APPROPRIATE ACTION.
