If I had any confidence in what is the truth about x507 and if I had any idea why the lawsuit (I simply can not believe btrn has failed to keep it current, and Medi has hinted at a subordination and attornment type agreement), I'd be buying here.

Just a couple if little 'Ifs'. Bankruptcy to forestall the taking of a judgment or a termination by basically an unsecured creditor can be a nice entry point.
