Possibly, or not ENOUGH regulation of the food supply? It's a very tricky question, because 'choice' is such a lovely word, yet not always exactly correct. Many of the 'anti-regulation' crowd are the same ones who would squeal like pigs if people started to say 'screw this, I'm not workin for $6 an hour at the 24 hr Walmart anymore, I'll move into the park in my tent!" I'm sure there are regulations about that.
