lowbuy, let me give you a little different scenerio :-)

1. Businesse's will continue to upgrade to NT mainly with PII's above 230 mhz.
2. U.S. consumers PC demand will continue a steady upward 15% PC demand growth rate.
3. Europe PC demand will grow 12%, India 30%, China 40%, Japan 20%, the rest of America's 15% The rest of Asia 25%.
4. Intel will maintain it's dominant over 80% market share.
5. Intel will transiton to .25 microns thus increasing productivity.

Earnings will maintain a steady upward bias for the rest of the year.

6. DVD and Windows 98 will become mainstream by june next year. Built in video and photographic developing will encourage new purchases.
7. Intel will continue it's dominant position.
8. By the end of next year. voice recognition will become a mainstream product.
9. Game makers will transition to DVD and the computer.
10. Intel's share price will be up 50% by the end of next year.
