The CEO of PAAS made similar remarks about silver at the BMO conference, in regard to China. Mr. Beaty indicated that when the Chinese get through unloading their silver reserves (should be this year) that silver should start to appreciate (actually he said "spike"). BTW, FM.TO at $5...nice...
