Cocaine Bill is the ONLY US President who refused to release his medical records. Why? Longtime cocaine addicts (in addition to burning out their throat and nasal passages so that their voice gives this away in a very few words) almost invariably have emergency room visits for overdoses over the years. WHY DID Bill refuse to allow his medical records to be released? No other President in US history has done that.
