Michael, or anyone else,

The Budget agreement announced last night included a cut in Capital
Gains Taxes from 28% down to 18% if the assets held for five years or
more, and 20% for assets held for less than five years.

What is your read concerning the "less than 5 years" timeframe. Is
there any time over which a capital gain is realized that WON'T
qualify for the %8 reduction? In other words, would the 20% rate
apply to cap. gains realized from, say, a day trade?

Regards,
Bill
