Get OUT of the US dollar. FAX, FCO, BEGBX, PSAFX are some choices. Also, a Canadian energy trust such as NCN has high distributions in Canadian dollars. The loonie really ought to be at at least $0.80 US. I am also thinking of buying some C$ travelers checks which I can do without charge and can spend in Canada if they appreciate.
