Remember for years folks didn't understand the ills of smoking... and currently the obesity explosion isn't fully understood either, there have essentially been a massive change in diet accross the board not just fat. Along with obesity, you've got a plethora of disorders related or not related that may be diet related... or perhaps mercury fillings in teeth, even vaccinations... who knows. The explosion in Autism in children for example is the source of lots of speculation. DAK
