COntainment of Saddam and inspectors from the UN. THere could be a small force stationed in Baghdad to monitor human rights abuses ( if the UN approved ). The UN is capable of agreeing on peace keeping missions as they have shown in the past. It is the same thing we should do for countries in Africa that have human rights abuses that exceed Iraq's.or any other region of the world.
