Well now that a good man is back in charge. It's OK for the CIA to pray. The CIA is praying for an up-surge in recruitment for al Qaeda. 17534 well trained sleeper operatives are on the bench and waiting to play in the game of compromising al Qaeda cells. Verifying the real beliefs of anyone who shows up is a monster jobs and take enormous resources, cummunications and absolute security. If the best and brightest are planning attacks, who is checking out the new guys, who is training the new guys. Who is paying for all this support? Where can this be done with complete security? The mafia survived a long time and still in a limited way survives. The mafia environmental pool is kiddie land compared to the shark infested pool where terrorist must survive. Simple minded process retards cannot think past the obvious.
