Point of information----we have been at those high prices for months in eastern USA. I haven't seen anything under about $1.60 for several years---and no blame to Clinton or Bush on this---just reality. For full service add another 30 to 40 cents.

Everyone is talking about inflation----I wonder if it isn't deflation we need to be concerned about. Certainly we have seen deflation and loss of buying power in the stock market via this bear market.

The market collapse then translates to fewer dollars to buy goods and services other than the absolute necessities----not more dollars chasing goods and services causing the prices of the goods and services to rise.
