You can infer that six out of ten Americans have already made up their minds for or against the war regardless of what the U.N. does. That's what I mean by "irrelevant," not that the U.N. itself is irrelevant, but that when it comes to people's opinions, the U.N. is subordinate to their own personal beliefs.

Just remember, the U.N. is a forum, not a governing body. Either that, or you'd prefer to obey Libya when it comes to human rights issues.
