I understand your point, but I disagree with it.

I didn't hear the program, but according to David's account, Brinker did not say that the lady's losses were no big deal. I just went back and re-read it. He said that a person who followed his advice for someone of her age would be down about 5-6%, which is about right. (I get 5-7%).

If this woman is going around pretending that she followed Brinker's advice, and attributing the size of her portfolio hit to it, she is lying and deserves to be blasted.
