I see no connection between Saddam and Al Qaida. I think you're deluding yourself. If such evidence existed believe me Bush would try to show it to the whole world. yes Saddam is a creep but if you think Saddam is even in our Top Ten problems to worry about you've really been duped. Saddam is mostly a danger to his own people, just like any dictator. Maybe to Israel. Maybe someday to someone else. But we can easily keep him in a box and under inspection for a long time. So he wont be able to hurt anyone. The worst part about Bush's war drive is that it's kept the world economy way underwater for nine months now. Think of the trillions lost just because Bush doesn't want to compromise and let inspectors do their thing. You talk about threats. How about the threat to our financial security. And the threat to alliances we need in the real war on terror. Saddam is not a terrorist, my friend, any more than any other ditator. He is not even a Muslim. Osama Bin Lauden in fact hates Saddam. If anyone pushes them together it will probably be us. Osama wants islamic law, something Saddam strongly opposes. Apples and oranges.
