I really see no other solution but to take the reprocessing plant out. Scary but I agree. Did you notice that the UNSC wouldn't even meet to discuss this issue this week. Disgusting. By the time the get the right process and procedure in place to form a committee to discuss the rules of discussion for the pending session ... North Korea will have a full arsenal and Japan will starting rearming. Paul
