Brumar what are the chances that he would actually live up to the terms once US forces would be pulled out? He is not living up to the terms of UN resolutions..... But it is interesting how desperate he can get, I guess he does not feel that gassing 250K armed to their teeth troops would be as easy as gassing civilians.....
