I expect if we take out anything the first thing nk will hit is our 37,000 troops.. a price I am not willing to pay.

I'm not willing to pay for the consequences of allowing a mercenary nuclear North Korea. Do we want to risk the first nuclear weapon used since WWII to be stamped with "Made in Korea"?

If confronting them now is dangerous, confronting them later when they try to market their weapons to the highest bidder will be even more dangerous. Blowing up that complex may be an act of war, but so is attempting to seize a N. Korean freighter shipping off a nuke to God knows where. We can't assume they wouldn't sell their technology. We have every reason to believe they would, considering their track record.
