According to Turkish law, the same bill cannot be submitted twice, so it must be renegotiated. Impossible to know what the US will do, but they have been saying all along that this was the drop-dead date, so I assume they will go to Plan B.

Given the widespread opposition of the Turkish people, I was surprised that the vote was as close as it was.

Maybe this means that the Kurds will get a better deal. I know I'd rather give them a better deal that the one they were getting.
