Saddam was more powerful before the Gulf War and Sanctions. He is a mere shadow of his former self when he did those things you list. get real. He'll be lucky to hold onto power in his own country much less invade anyone else. Talk aboue myths. The Bushies make it sound like he's about to take over the Middle East. Exaggerations = lies.
