There might be no war. As much as Bush wants one. If Turkey is out and Tony Blair realizes he can't get re-elected if he backs Bush, the UN doesn't give Bush the go-ahead, and the US public is 60% against war without UN approval, then Bush, who cares about re-election even more than Iraq, may back down, especially if Saddam keeps disarming. Bush may also miss the winter weather window for attacking. He has to be concerned about the lives of our men fighting in 100 degree temperatures wearing haz-mat suits. Bush would need to save face somehow, but he may indeed figure out it's in his best interests not to go it almost alone. I could definitely see that coming unless we get more UN support.
