What do you call a person who posts the exact same cut-and-paste on several boards, several times a day, day in, day out? 'spamming' to me means to intentionally disrupt discussion or to post for personal financial gain. Stuff like that--completely out of the intent and spirit of the discussion. If scott finds good stuff to post here, what the heck do I care if he thinks his other acquaintances might also enjoy the material? Beats me... My only concern is what goes on here -- that's my "check it at the door" policy you have heard me mention a number of times. This has been an important mechanism for bringing together people who have had very serious issues with each other on other boards. I've tried to 'insulate' us from the turmoil outside. And, why lose a well-meaning, hard digging, poster to a pigeon-hole? --fl
