<< Agustus, I bet if you looked back on some history pages you'll find Bush's speeches are more in parallel to what Hitler spoke about before he moved forward with European invasion plans. >>

This is quite a misleading and disgusting statement from you. We all know that Hitler's path was one of conquest, enslavement, mass murder and destruction.

America has always backed democracy and freedom. We have fought for the freedom of Kosovo, Europe, Afghanistan, Israel, Bosnia, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, among others, and now Iraq.

We even gave up the Panama Canal, although I view that as a mistake.

Your comparison of Bush, and thusly America, to Hitler is disgusting.

<< Saddam, pretty much like all Arab leaders, has been severely bent on Israel's treatment of the Palestinians. Beyond that, there's little evidence he's shown aggressive tendencies anywhere. >>

In your view Saddam is an real nice OK Arab leader without showing aggressive tendencies anywhere. You are delusional.

<< His invasion of Kuwait was not without issue. I mean it wasn't a blind invasion. There were issues concerning Kuwait's using new slant drilling techniques to steal oil from under Iraq's surface. >>

So, this justifies, to you, the ruthless torture and murder of thousands of Kawaitis by Saddam's brutal forces? I guess you feel that the 600 missing Kuwaitis, taken by Saddam's forces, and still missing, still makes Saddam a nice, gentle Arab leader, according to you, right?

<< In the days prior to the strong coalition invasion Saddam had agreed to a Russian plan for solving the dispute. >>

So, besides Iraq, your other favorite and trusted nation is Russia? If a plan comes from Russia, do you automatically back it without reservation? Oh, I get it. As long as the plan does not come from America, you back it.

<< Bush couldn't advance into Baghdad because that was not what the UN Resolution stipulated. >>

This is propaganda, which of course many people push. America could have continued on, without a problem, and weakened Saddam to the point that the Kurds and Shiites would have had a better chance to overthrow Saddam. Bush senior made a bad decision and stopped our military campaign.

<< I don't believe this war is an aftermath effect of 9/11, rather it was pre-designed by GOPwinger hawks, former Reagan-Bush advisors, long ago. >>

It's viewpoints like yours, which could handcuff America, in it's war against terrorism, that could result in American cities being hit by a weapon of mass destruction.

This is a dangerous game you are playing with American lives.
