i love how doctors try to explain away all the diseases that seem to be afflicting americans these days. according to them its mostly genetics. or too much fat and animal products in the diet. hogwash! it's simple things like a piece of mcdonalds chicken having 25 ingredients to it, many of them chemicals!

this can all be tied to the liberalization of america. women are in the workforce and they come home tired. they don't have the energy to cook a natural whole-food meal. they yank something in a box out of the cupboard that they can heat up in 5 minutes.

nutrition is so simple it is funny. i don't know why these idiot doctors can't figure something out so simple. eat natural, whole foods, not processed foods with gobbs of chemicals in them. btw, i include meat, eggs, butter, etc as these natural foods. most 100% whole wheat bread has high-fructose corn syrup added to it. yet the suckers tell us to eat whole grains. sure, whole grains made more palatable with corn syrup so you will enrich the processed food industry.

common sense has gone down the toilet in this country. i know you don't want to admit it skeeter, but radical jews have a lot to do with this. they are immoral, anti-christ, and the decline in christianity is what ails this country.
