A guy walking into my home has not necessarily committed a crime. In contrast Saddam has. He has killed people without regard for their guilt or innocence by using WMD. So using your own words <<But it's also your moral duty not to harm the innocent>> he has abandoned his moral obligation. Furthermore He has also had a complete disregard for following what the globe demanded from him in 1991 in an effort to end the war.

So who should enforce that? Should we wait for a flood sent by God to wipe him out? It seems to me that the UN should enforce a UN resolution. And since the UN is made up of nations around the globe why should we not have our forces there. And why weren't those involved with the UN enforcing this when he first broke his end of the deal?
