I poked around SalesForce.com's site for a while. I see why it has gained thousands of big-name customers in just a few years. They built what the ASP/hosted model is supposed to look like. It's similar to what I thought FSTW was going to provide a few years ago when they started hyping the ASP version of their software. Check out SF.com for yourself.
