Interesting that the "NSA" document is riddled with UK spelling and uses the European dating format.

I noticed that as well. The SI spell checker reminds me everyday just how many words the yanks spell incorrectly. ;-)

This is obviously a forgery (but maybe the CIA did the forgery to fool us all ;-})
