I am interested to hear that the US is now governed by an illegitimate government (that is what you are saying, right?).

However, I do not see how this clarifies our discussion here, where Hawkmoon was calling "illegitimate" other governments than that of the US.

One can say that a government founded on grounds defying their own constitution is "illegitimate". But considering that not all countries have similar constitutions to that in the US, I cannot see how one can call "illegitimate" the government of the Principality of Monaco, for example.
