Earthworks gets the legal ruling in their favor. The stock doubles in one day and begins a sustainable move up. This stock has been a sleeper and is now worth accumulating at this price. They have the only new landfill permit issued in California in the last 6 years and customers will be lining up to use it. At present California ships landfill as far as Reno Nevada. EWk is setting up this summer to begin take 15 million tons into their site and tipping fees may be over $100 per ton. earthworksinc.com
