That's just a rewording of the 1st Amendment separation clause. I fail to see that Bush or any other President has violated that.

This means that though Bush may be convinced his war against Saddam is a righteous religious war, his oath to the Constitution of the US supercedes his religious beliefs.
1. When has Bush said this is a "righteous religious war"? Straw man argument.
2. WAIT A MINIUTE! Isn't this war about oil? I'll bet I can find posts of yours where you claimed that. I KNOW I can find posts from many of the other peaceniks making that claim.

I admit religious types can be pretty slippery, but not as slippery as oil.
