Sergio,

I plan to buy and hold until something changes. I like to think of it as a constant re-evaluation strategy. If the stock does what they say I hold. If something changes I would sell. I do believe PEs protect a company if the company continues to do well. Take MAXF. With a PE of around 6 and book value around $7 I do not feel there is much downside. If they continue to grow earnings I think they are more likely to go up than down. Thats what I meant by low PEs.
