Sun Tzu, I don't know whether you quoted this passage because you believe it to be true, or you wish it were true, or just because it sounds nice. But I can assure you it is not substantially true. I don't know about all these historical figures. I do know that amongst Moses, Jesus, and Mohammed, only Jesus asks you to love your neighbor.
The Koran contains many passages that tell you to do the whole range of actions to your fellow human. From tolerance to violence. The Torah is a little light on tolerance, but you can find some range in it too. Only Jesus gave a consistent and inclusive message of love and forgiveness, and stayed with it to its logical extreme. "if they strike you on your right cheek, give them your left". "if he makes you walk one mile, walk two". And of course, the famous "love thy neighbor as thyself". As far as I know, no-one who came earlier than Jesus proposed that relation between humans. If you know otherwise, please enlighten. Possibly the far-east peoples had arrived at that point. But I'm not knowledgeable about those religions.
